)If you're tired of receiving insurance quotes from random insurance providers, here's a piece of good news. Last week, InsWeb launched BestInsuranceMatch.com, an innovative website that allows consumers to compare insurance companies using factors such as price, financial strength and more.
Upon visiting the website, a consumer selects up to three features that he feels are most important in a car insurance company. These options include:
Financial strength
Local agent presence
Multiple product offerings
24-hour customer service
24-hour claim service
Ability to buy online
Ability to manage policies online
Monthly payment options
The consumer then completes a quick questionnaire, providing basic information about drivers, vehicles and coverage needs. After submitting this information, BestInsuranceMatch.com compares the consumer's responses to the top-30 car insurance companies and provides up to six of the best "matches." These matches are the companies most likely to offer the consumer the features he selected at a competitive rate.
From there, consumers may choose to be contacted by any or all insurance providers for free, or may visit the carrier's website directly.
