New Year, New Resolutions
|
It's the time of year when millions of people make their New Year's resolution. We here at InsWeb aren't any different. According to USA.gov, the top 5 most popular New Year's resolutions are:
1) Lose weight
2) Manage debt
3) Save money
4) Get a better job
5) Get fit.
Matt's New Year's Resolution
I'm going to take a little but of everything from the list; but my main resolution is to get into shape. I have been getting better about keeping to a work-out schedule but need to get even more consistent. Not only will I look better in my tux at my wedding, but the overall improvement to my health can help me with my health insurance premium.
Gina's New Year's Resolution
My New Year's resolution might seem a little vague--I'm going to try not to stress about stuff this year. Stressing out can lead to health problems like weight gain and high blood pressure, so reducing stress now will help me in the long run. I'm going to take more time to relax, catch up on my reading, and probably start some kind of yoga/Pilates. This way I'll be able to enjoy life a little more and keep my sanity that much better.
Robert's New Year's Resolution
In 2009, my resolution is to brush off the old college notebook and return to school for a Master's degree. More studying, more homework, more term papers and, hopefully, more good times. Where does a person buy a backpack these days anyway?
